To use Real°Pac Office 4, you need:

Other Microsoft Word 2003 for document output management; Microsoft Excel 2003 for RESPAC® input and output; Microsoft SQL Server for the Enterprise Edition. Microsoft® Remote Desktop or another comparable, third-party remote software package, i.e., Symantec° PCAnywhere for remote support. Supports installation under Microsoft® Terminal Server as well as third-party ICA management consoles such as Citrix®.
