Package Editor guides you, step by step, through the input process in a wizard type format. The information you enter in these screens is, at print time "fired" into your documents. You need to only input this information, once.
Illustration - Real°Pac Office-Recent File screenRESPAC allows you to view and edit the same package information through a parallel, visual RESPA (HUD-1) form metaphor spreadsheet. If you make changes in RESPAC, the system will automatically up-date the Package Editor steps for you.

You also have the option to Edit the Document Before Printing, in those instances where you need to revise the "output document.
Report Driver allows you to build, store, and recall reports which "filter" and format relevant information into reports you can use (closings by week, by status, by lender).... Anything you need!

The Aggregate Escrow Calculator module is used to easily
calculate the Agregate Escrow Adjustment for the HUD-1.
This program encapsulates the original spreadsheet from the OMB.Real°Books module allows you to batch post disbursements (checks), adjustments and receipts automatically from your real estate conveyancing transactions created with Real°Pac, into one or more IOLTA bank account registers (up to 100 accounts are supported). The software may be configured to automatically post this activity to a pre-designated account, either in all cases, or, depending on the particular lender or bank (your client) involved for each closing file. In addition, this module may be used to post and manage non-real estate checking accounts. With Real°Books, you do not need to purchase, configure and maintain a separate accounting software package!
Check°Writer module is used to verify/define and print checks and related reports (i.e., reconciliation) for each individual real estate conveyancing transaction. Payee and amount information is automatically pulled from the appropriate RESPA/HUD-1 line items, and bundled together, as needed. Items may be earmarked as being held in escrow, voided, and re-printed, if necessary. How this module is set up is totally up to your individual practice's needs, and those of your lenders, banks, registries/ courthouses and others!

Real°Time module used to schedule and calendar closing dates, appointments, etc. The closing dates entered into the Package Editor wizard is automatically posted in this module. No need to double entry. You may also post other office and/or personal appointments easily and quickly. View a visual color-coded weekly schedule. Print your schedules as you need them, and more.
Real°Math module is used to generate amortization schedules, plus calculate P&I, loan origination fees, discount fees, and others, on demand, separate from the actual closing loan input or generation process.
Real°Trac is a robust, full-featured event tracking system used it to manage all aspects of your work (mortgage discharges, lender items, tax liens, brokers, etc.) Integrates to Realt°Pac seamlessly. Records may be automatically generated by printing or transmitting certain letters or documents, as well as through manual (operator) input.
Title Insurance modules are used to generate and print title insurance commitments, policies and endorsements for all the major national title insurance companies, which include Chicago Title Insurance Company, Connecticut Attorneys Title Insurance, Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, Fidelity National Title Insurance Company,

Real°Pac Setup module isused to control all aspects of the software, including defaults, how checks are bundled, lenders, staff members, your company's name and address, and all of the hundreds of parameters making up the system's powerful set of "soft-coded" business rules, values, and logic.
