That's why we consider our software products to be living products, which require time and attention and a commitment on your part to keep your on-going support services current. This is what our on-going support services are all about. We want to take care of your needs and make sure that you are happy with your system. The on-going support cost is based on a percentage of the license fee and depends upon the edition and configuration ordered. On-going support entitles you to receive all updates, enhancements and new releases at no extra charge, as well as on-line support, telephone and telecommunications support, updated federal, state and title insurance documents and calculations. (It does not include hardware, network, operating system, integration or third party software support.) Our on-going support services also include access to our On-line Document Library. When you need a a real estate form, access our on-line library and find the form you need by title, FNMA number, date or alias/nickname. This component is offered to clients who are current with their support plans. The best way to find answers to your questions is access our On-line Knowledge Base. Here we give you various sections for you to identify what you are looking for. In addition, the search componet may be used to display a list meeting your search criteria. We have taken advantage of the Internet and use it as a tool to provide customize updates for clients who are current in their support plans. Utilizing our secure Extranet, you may download the latest version of the software, check out the update section, as well as read/print release notes and new product information. |
